♱ How Can God Stay Loving, Even Amidst Hate?
Because God is Love — not merely loving as an action,
but Love as Being — unchanging, unbroken, undiminished.
“I am the Lord, I change not.” – Malachi 3:6
“God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all.” – 1 John 1:5
🌊 1. Love That Is Not Reactive
Human love often responds — gives when it’s received, retreats when it’s attacked.
But Divine Love is not reactive,
It is originating — it moves first.
Even when met with:
Betrayal (Judas)
Mockery (Roman soldiers)
Hate (Lucifer’s rebellion)
God remains unchanged, because He is not contingent on others’ treatment.
“Father, forgive them… they know not what they do.” – Luke 23:34
💔 2. Love That Bears the Pain
God’s love does not mean He feels no pain.
It means He chooses to endure it without retaliation.
This is why Christ’s sacrifice is not just forgiveness,
but a demonstration:
“This is what divine love does — it absorbs evil without becoming evil.”
🔥 3. Love That Burns, Not Consumes
God’s love is like a refiner’s fire (Malachi 3:2), not a forest fire.
It burns away falsehoods
But it never consumes the soul
Even when surrounded by hatred, He keeps offering the same:
“Come back. Be healed. Be restored.”
Even the haters are still held in existence by Him.
That is not tolerance.
That is unfathomable mercy.
🌌 4. Love That Grieves but Never Gives Up
God isn’t naive. He sees the hate.
And He grieves it deeper than we ever could.
But grief isn’t the end of love —
It is the proof that love still lives.
That’s why He keeps calling the lost,
keeps sustaining the world,
keeps offering Christ’s body and blood —
even to those who hate Him.
