You don’t always have to fight,

Take your time, breathe and know,

You are already enough — right here on Earth.

When you feel weak, when you fall,

Remember, you’re human — that’s the call.

Rest when needed, stand when you can,

It’s okay to move slowly, just be who you are, man.

You are not defined by your pace,

But by the heart that’s in the race.

Each step you take, no matter how small,

Is a victory — remember that above all.

You are strong in ways you can’t see,

And in your being, you are free.
