🌸 Faith Like Firelight

(A Poem of Hope in Christ)

When clouds descend and silence weighs,

And all the world feels lost in haze,

When shadows stretch and fear draws near—

One name remains, both strong and clear.

Jesus.

The Rock beneath the shifting sand,

The Shepherd with a pierced hand,

The Light who walked the dark for me,

The Truth that sets the captives free.

Faith is not the lack of pain,

Nor sunshine breaking through the rain—

It is the trust, when eyes can’t see,

That Christ still walks ahead of me.

It is the hope 🔥 that sings at night,

A quiet flame, a holy light—

It whispers, “You are not alone,”

And lifts the soul before the throne.

O blessed faith! So fierce, so kind,

It anchors heart, and guards the mind.

It holds us fast when senses fail,

And parts the veil when doubts assail.

For He ✞ who died now lives and reigns—

He sees our tears, He knows our chains.

No trial stands beyond His scope;

No pit too deep to smother hope.

So, lift your gaze, dear weary soul,

Though tempests rage and thunders roll.

The Savior’s arms are stretched and wide—

Your refuge, joy, and faithful guide.

Let faith 🕊️ arise where fear once grew,

Let Christ’s great love carry you through.

For even now, He walks beside—

The risen Lord, the Crucified.

✞ Why Have Faith in Christ?

Because He endured all things,

and overcame all things,

so that nothing could separate you

from the love of God.

“In this world you will have trouble.

But take heart—

I have overcome the world.”

(John 16:33)
